A Novel Operational Model for Interconnected Microgrids Participation in Transactive Energy Market: A Hybrid IGDT/Stochastic Approach

Recently, the decarbonization of electric power system has led to substantial efforts for designing a pathway toward 100% renewable energy resources (RERs). In this article, we propose novel operational model effective participation interconnected microgrids with RERs in transactive market. The novelty proposed is mostly related use technology developing free trading environment as local energy-trading market establish dynamic balance system. To capture intermittencies system, hybrid version stochastic programming and information gap decision theory (IGDT) method risk-averse risk-seeker strategies deregulated environment. validated by selecting modified IEEE 14-bus test results indicate effectiveness providing same percentage cost-saving when they simultaneously participate transaction cooperative interactions based on lead 18.34% them comparison base model.
